This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on our apps for iPhone and any other devices and platforms.

We only collect information about you if we have a reason to do so–for example, to provide our Services, to communicate with you, or to make our Services better.

We collect information in two ways: if and when you provide information to us and automatically through operating our Services.

Information You Provide to Us

·         Credentials: Your user name and  password are required to login to our application. This allows you to access your account information.

Information We Collect Automatically

We also collect some information automatically:

·         Log Information: Like most online service providers, we collect information that mobile devices typically make available. This data may include information such as your device type and version, operating system type and version. If you enable notifications, we must store a token to send them. We never use notifications for marketing.

Sharing Information

·         We do not share, nor sell, our users’ private personal information

·         We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights and property.

Security

We implement a variety of security measures to help keep your information secure. For instance, all communication with the app requires HTTPS with certificate pinning.

 

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

 

We never collect or maintain information at our app from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our app is structured to attract anyone under 13.

 

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Information for European Union Customers

By using Overcast and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.

International Transfers of Information

Information may be processed, stored, and used outside of the country in which you are located. Data privacy laws vary across jurisdictions, and different laws may be applicable to your data depending on where it is processed, stored, or used.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Policy relating to the Mobile Application or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Policy in the Mobile Application. When we do we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Mobile Application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

 

Acceptance of this policy

You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Mobile Application or its Services you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to use or access the Mobile Application and its Services.
